Mr & Mrs Wells asked that a wedding breakfast with a mediterranean theme be designed for their Autumn nuptuals. Our menu centered around authentic greek flavours and dishes whilst featuring some of the best local fayre.

 

 

We designed a complete range of greek salads especially for the Bride and Groom which included: baba ganoush; butter beans in tomato and dill sauce; greek salad; and green beans with pine nuts.

Our clients requested a range of quirky and individual canapes to entertain their guests. We developed a delightful array of tartes, blinis, and crostinis with toppings that included colour and flavour perfectly marrying with the tasteful entree and salads.

 

Clever Cooks catered for this unique and special wedding breakfast for under £45 per guest.
